Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

The apartment was great! The view from the balcony was very enjoyable, but weather didn’t cooperate to enjoy a glass of wine in the tub, sadly. We had everything we needed for the basics and then some. Easy walking to many restaurants and shopping and we would choose to stay here again if we ever return to NZ.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

Beautiful setting by the beach. Close to public transport and easy to get to the city. Perfect place to stay - my family were very happy staying there.

We had a great stay at Paul's, it had everything we needed for a few days before heading home. Great location too, close to Akoranga Bus station and Takapuna beach.

The place is really comfortable and nice. It was so clean when we arrived. The location is perfect is on the main street in the cbd so you can go everywhere by walking and do a lot of stuff. It was perfect to stay a few days just to rest in Auckland. The big windows with the views of the city is nice, it was remind me the first time when I arrived in NZ. All the host was very kindly and polite. Recommended!!

Great location on beautiful Waiheke Island. Lots of steps (as expected) so you need to have a reasonable fitness level.

We enjoyed such a successful stay. A really awesome place, brilliant proximity to Kohi Beach and Madills Farm Reserve which our wee dog loved and to various cafes and eaterys.

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

A clean, well-equipped unit, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, twin bathrooms and fast wi-fi. Paul was very responsive and accommodating.

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay - the location was good (close to motorway and Albany shops), and the neighbourhood is quiet. The place was modern, clean, spacious, and warm - we couldn't ask for more!

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

We loved staying. Very close to the city! Just 15 minute drive to downtown. Worked great for what we needed. Plenty of space for a party of 6!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Modern, centrally-located, city apartment. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants with a local supermarket across the road. Linley very responsive and attentive with lovely touches around the rental, including loads of kitchen supplies. Bedrooms were a little tight for four people with lots of luggage, but it IS a city apartment. Would stay again.
