Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

The Big House

The Big House is an original farmhouse in the hills overlooking the Clevedon valley. it was built in the 80’s. A sturdy brick home with the bricks originally from the Newmarket railroad crossroads. The kitchen is still the original french country style with a butchers block and a lovely sunny aspect. A very spacious living room with another dining table and open fire is a great chill zone. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and pull out additions when the numbers are over eight.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

When I arrived at the property, the host was around and was really helpful explaining everything. The place was amazing and perfect for me and my friend, who were coming from the airport. The room was very cosy and we had great sleep! Everything else was very clean and pleasant!

We really loved the quirky and experimental set up of this place. Sometimes it feels that comfort was of secondary importance when designing the place compared to the fun aestethic (i.e. we banged our heads many times when passing through the tiny doors and accessing the bed requires some acrobatic skills) but we loved the little house and would stay there again!

Raewyn's Airbnb is cozy and private, in a brand new home, we had all the appliances and furniture we needed. bad was comfortable and recent too. We have been very picky to choose our place to stay in this price range on the hibiscus coast & North shore, and we new immediately when we arrived this place won't disappoint, compared to other places this Raewyn's was very quiet. Highly recommend the place for short and long stay.

A beautifully presented place and everything was spotless. Could probably do with a few more kitchen utensils, like a dishcloth or cleaning cloth, dustpan and brush, cooking utensils as there were only two. Upstairs was very hot and could probably do with a fan. These were only minor things but if tended to, would make future stays pleasurable. I did not get to meet Han as there was no need to, but apart from those few issues, the place was as described and I would stay again.

Our business hired this house to retreat and strategise. The spacious downstairs area was perfect for our day to day activities and upstairs was ideal for relaxing, and eating. Everyone found it refreshing, spacious and comfortable, and rejuvenating in the quiet, tranquil setting.

We had a group staying at another house in Onetangi and needed an extra space for the in-laws. It was a very comfortable and cute studio. Alot more spacious than we expected. Karl was so welcoming and helpful and has done a great job of creating a cosy unit. So easy to walk down onto the beach, just down the driveway. The beach is beautiful. Easy walking distance to a couple of really nice restaurants. Would recommend.
