On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
