I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. Koji and Nami went above and beyond to accommodate us - especially as I had a bad knee, they were very flexible with making sure I was okay. They had great recommendations of where to eat and shop and were extremely responsive. The house was spotless and very comfortable in a convenient location. if i come back to tokyo, i will definitely stay here. Koji and Nami are sincere, genuine, and kind people. The perfect hosts.

Yoshi-san was incredibly friendly and proactive during our stay. Asakusa was fun to walk around, and access to the Ginza line was perfect for our plans in Shinjuku and Shibuya. Our group was 10 adults, and the space fit us well.

Espectacular!, zona residencial, próxima al transporte publico y atracciones turísticas. El anfitrión comunicaba bien y rápido. Dio informacion y fotos para que pudiéramos llegar bien al alojamiento. El alojamiento como estaba en las fotos y nos dejó dos ramilletes de flores fresco, (que fue un detalle que no habíamos tenido antes en ningún alojamiento). Nos dio información que no se encuentra en guías. Fue nuestro ultimo alojamiento en Japón y podemos decir que fue el mejor de todos sin lugar a dudas.

We are a family of 3, we stayed for 8 nights. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, big closets, washing machines is in the unit, cute decorations, it just feels like home. There’s Japanese style bathroom, it’s good to have hot bath after a long day of walking. Easy to access to transportation. 12 minutes walk to Iriya station or 18 minutes walk to Tawaramachi station. About 15 minutes walk to Senso-ji. It located in a quiet local area, has a small aeon market and 7-11 right across the street. Raccu is very responsive. Overall, we highly recommended Raccu’s place, we enjoyed staying there very much. Thank you Raccu and teams!

1층 객실을 사용, 4박을 투숙하였음. 쾌적하고 깨끗함, 시설에 오래된 것 하나 없어서 쾌적했음, 냉장고 사이즈가 충분했음, 세탁기 잘 작동함, 에어컨(제습/냉방/난방 모두) 잘 작동했음, 크지는 않지만 1인이 사용하기에 충분한 사이즈의 욕조, 비데 있음, 여행객으로서 사용하기에 적당한 크기의 신발장 방이 구분되어있어서 아이와 함께 가기에 훌륭했음. 호스트가 사진에 첨부한 모든 것이 빠짐없이 다 있었음. 셀프체크인이 편리하였고, 객실정비가 일찍 되거나 예약일 보다 하루 앞선 날 투숙객이 없었다면 체크인 시간 조절이 가능했음. 도보 3분 거리 이내에 편의점이 있었음. 아사쿠사 센소지, 구라마에역(오에도선), 우에노역, 우에노 시장(도보 20여 분) 도보로 접근 가능. 가까운 곳에 스시가 맛있는 곳이 두 곳이나 있어서 좋았음. 근처에 밤 늦은 시간까지 하는 바, 카페가 있음 전반적으로 대단히 만족함. 다른 숙소 대비 최신식(2025년 6월 기준)이며, 깔끔하고 쾌적함.

Clean beds in a great location. Went to Ueno park every day of our trip.

This was a great property. The host was very responsive and proactive with all our questions. The property was clean fully stocked and spacious for Tokyo. Location is fine, it is 10 minutes walkable to the major ueno station. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The place is located in a less crowded, peaceful residential area in walkable distance form some of the metro lines. The place is very nice and clean, decent size for Tokyo standards and felt very cozy and homey with good internet connection to get some work done. The host is very responsive and helpful. Please just note that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Thank you very much, I had a great time here!

Un alojamiento hermoso. Muy cerca de las estaciones de tren que utilizamos para conocer tokio. Muy cómodo y espacioso para las maletas.

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

muy buena ubicación. a 10 min del metro. cercana al parque ueno. muy tranquilo el sector. a unos 20 min caminando al templo sensoji. con respecto al lugar todo muy bien y cómodo. lo arrendamos por una emergencia que tuvimos y fue una gran experiencia.

I would say fitting more than 2 people in this place is a reach. It was perfect for what we needed it for which was a place to rest before we go back to the airport - 1 or 2 people would definitely be more comfortable here but we had 3. The place was very clean, easy to locate, and very easy to get inside. Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to other neighborhoods, especially Asakusa! The host was very responsive and even messaged us to tell us where the grocery store is.

Location was great! We can walk to all Ueno attractions and take train to practically anywhere in Japan from the nearby Ueno station. Apartment was cozy enough for two persons. We didn't need to cook at all, given the many food choices within walking distance. The large supermarket (within 10 min) offers a large variety of takeaway food, fruits and bakes at reasonable prices. Would stay again if we are back in Ueno!

We stayed at June's small studio apartment for the last couple nights of our vacation. It was cozy, and the perfect place for just a couple nights. The area is fairly quiet & it's a short walk to Ueno park, from where you can easily access the rest of Tokyo. We were able to drop off our luggage & check in early, which was great as we had accumulated quite a lot of souvenirs on the trip!

Great central location with access to 3 different train lines including JR, all within a 5-10min walk. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Has all the basic amenities. The mattress was firm for my liking but still had a good sleep. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again in future.
