Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

Super easy stay. We especially liked having a baggage drop option hours prior to check-in as we arrived into Tokyo at noon. This gave us a bunch of time to explore the neighborhood. And it was great check-out was 11am versus all the other places we stayed was at 10am. Overall, we'd absolutely stay with Toshi again.

This was a convenient location. Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Gyoen were within easy walking distance. The whole are is fully of restaurants and shops, including famous shopping locations for cameras and other items as well as the flagship store of Japan's largest bookstore chain. The accommodations were as advertised, clean and cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood offering a restful sleeping location after a busy Tokyo day. The host Maika was always a step ahead in communication and offered extensive recommendations on local eating spots and other services. I had a very relaxing stay and would certainly use this location again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

There's no real difference between the photos and the actual thing, and it's the same. It was so clean, easy to find, and the location was so, so, so good. It wasn't far from the center, so it was perfect. I want to come again next time. I'm completely satisfied.

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

My family of 3 adults and 3 children stayed at Kanna’s place. Almost immediately we settled in to the spacious bedrooms with plenty of space for us all. The upstairs lounge and play area was a great hit with the children. We were able to use the local bus to get to the train station easily. And the convenience of having a local market was amazing, Overall we had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend for any large family with children old enough to navigate stairs. Would not recommend for toddlers or disabled adults. Kanna was super nice and friendly too.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

Had a great stay here with my dad, and my brother's family with my young niece. Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest train station but I enjoyed the walks to and fro as it was a good break from the hectic train rides. Bedrooms were great and the showers were of a good size. Kitchen area on the 2nd floor and with the projection tv was great to heat up food and to wind down at the end of the day. Owaki also was of great assistance and helped us to prepare a baby cot for my niece which she enjoyed greatly. Highly recommended if the location would fit your itinerary and great value! :)

We loved staying here with our group of 10! We expected a small space considering Japanese housing, but this home was exactly what we needed. The rooms are great, the kitchen is spacious, and having the two showers with washer and dryer kept us clean all week long. Would definitely recommend to large groups traveling. The location was also great, with train and bus access and lots of fun restaurants and things to do locally.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
