house is very nice and gave us a very good experience for our first time in japan, and matsukawa was an amazing host!

There was a small issue at check-in, but the Host resolved the issue in a timely manner and the check-in experience was good

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

While staying at Kentaro’s we felt right at home. Great walkable location to surrounding areas. The home setup has everything one will need for vacation. Additionally, as a photographer during Sanja Matsuri was a great location to partake in the matsuri then rest when needed. Highly recommend staying at Kentaro’s!

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Great room, spacious, loved the balcony overlooking the Shibuya action. Noise didn't seem to be an issue past 11 pm if that's a concern for you. Would stay again if it's available!

This place feels home, very close to many attractions, walkable to park, grocery and shopping. The host is kind and very helpful, he answered any questions very quickly, we left our jacket host was kind to tell us and fold it and put in near the entrance to pickup. I recommend this place.

We came back for a second time to stay few more nights and had the opportunity to share some time with Yasuko and Hiro. They are great hosts who gave us some tips to explore local surroundings.

We arrived by Shuttle from the airport which Kei set up for us. We were dropped off right in front, walked into the “Gallery” on the first floor and walked up the stairs to our flat. Easy. We stayed for 2 nights and got great sleep. Clean, comfortable and roomy enough for the 4 of us. All around great place to stay while seeing all the sights in Tokyo. Taito City was great for a family.. I’d stay here again . Thanks Kei!

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

I had a womderful time at this Masaki's place! The location is ideal with simple access to the station, nearby shops, izakayas, and other restaurants. The apartment itself is cozy, offering all the amenities we were looking for. The space was clean, and Masaki provided a few snacks and a guide to the neighborhood, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bed was comfy, and I especially appreciated the small balcony that provided a peaceful spot to unwind in the evenings. The neighborhood is safe and charming, with a nice mix of traditional and contemporary vibes. I also loved the proximity to attractions like the Tokyo Skytree and Akihabara. Overall, this Airbnb offers great value for money and is an excellent base for exploring the city. The host was communicative and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Great place in a great location! Room was on 5th floor and elevator only went to 4th floor, so if you have any physical disabilities or limitations, this may not be the best place for you.

Sweet and pleasant place, very spacious and comfortable. It's apparent that the host thought in advance about the needs of the guests. Kayoung was very responsive and accommodating. The location is superb. I highly recommend!

美波さん’s place was great. I went with my sister and we stayed for 4 nights. We could have stayed longer because her place had all the amenities for a longer stay. The place was close to great local restaurants, a mall, a convenience store, and was also close to different train stations (Tsukuba Express, Ginza Line, etc). They were also responsive and eager to help out. I would definitely come back.

After check out and after host drove us to Asakusa, he was extremely helpful to then deliver a precious item we left in the apartment, and delivered it with a smile. For that, a big than you. 10/10 host!

I stayed in this apartment solo and it was perfect for 1 person . I also enjoyed having breakfast on a terrace . There is no elevator so it was hard for me to take my luggage upstairs to the 4th floor , otherwise I highly recommend this place - great location, plenty stores and restaurants around

First of all, the location is very convenient. Exit Exit 4 of Iriya Station on the Hibiya Line, turn left and immediately cross the road and walk straight ahead. You will pass a large supermarket in the middle. The items are relatively affordable. It is very convenient to walk to Sensoji Temple and Disneyland. The kitchen supplies are basically all there. We are not used to Japanese food, so we cooked a few meals in it. Life is very convenient.There is a large balcony in the room, you can clearly see the Skytree, and there are 4 1.5m beds. Although it is not cleaned every day, there is a vacuum cleaner in the room, we clean it every day. The young Host is very beautiful and very polite. When there was a problem with the water heater, the Host came over at lightning speed.The older host who said goodbye to us at the end was very friendly and asked us how our trip here was, and I said it was good.Overall, the Japanese group gave me the impression that most Japanese people are friendly and polite.Finally, if I have the chance to come to Tokyo again, I will definitely choose to live here.

Perfect spot in a quiet, residential area of Tokyo with walking distance to the nearby Ueno park, stations and plenty of nice local places for coffee, food and drinks. This was my second time in Tokyo and we were looking to stay in a less crowded, quieter spot and this was a perfect spot for those reasons. Fantastic little spot!

Magnificent location in Nezu, Tokyo! Elite host who is both kind and knowledgeable. Lynn took the time to make several recommendations and reservations. All of these were wonderful experiences for my family and I. I took the trash out; she created a neighborhood and provided next level experiences.
