The house is very cozy, beautiful and practical. It is well located, close to the beach and the village without losing privacy. Communication with the owner is very easy and requests were promptly met. We loved staying there.

Our stay at Jessica's place was wonderful!! Always a lot of attention and care with us, they still changed the bed linen in the middle of the stay😻. The only thing I missed was one more room with the air conditioning because it was very hot and stuffy in the airless room. But everything was so wonderful that it wasn't even a problem

Adriana and her son are the people who take care of the house and guests. They make all the difference in the stay. A practical and very comfortable home. Pool and 50cm from the bedroom. A unique experience to rest after a beautiful day at the beach.

incredible village, the best house we expected, was clean and with many kitchen utensils and cleanliness available, the prompts and food were great, the beach that is right at the end of the street was for us the most beautiful of all we know in maraú, we felt at home and we had a very quiet communication. I could say I felt like coming back more times, but we felt like never leaving.

The host was very solicitous, gave me several tips and helped me with everything I needed on site. The house is new, it's all tidy and has all the utensils you need to stay. There is a beautiful lake in front of the pool, with fish and they leave fishing rods. The pool is also very nice. Unfortunately our linen and towels were not in perfect condition. The water is of well, which means that it presents strong color and odor many times. We also feel a lot of flies and insects, so if you bother with it, maybe it's not a good choice.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Comunismo com o Davi was super quiet as well. Unicos points to keep in mind are the pernilongos (good always have repellent) and the bathroom that the door has a certain go and does not isolate very well, but nothing very relevant either. If you are staying in Taipu de Fora, it pays there, but in Barra Grande it is where there is more movement

The apartment is wonderful, corresponds exactly to the advertised. The place is excellent, fine new and organized. The gourmet balcony is very charming and well-equipped, it has gas churraqueria, brewery and even a wine cellar, and it has a very beautiful view of the pool. The mattresses are very comfortable, to me this is super important. I can't even talk about so much that I liked it, it was very worth it. About Caio, I only have compliments as well. Super attentive and helpful, it never left me unanswered. I loved our stay and highly recommend Caio's space.

Wonderful house 50 meters from the beach, stunning sea view. Quiet street to the sound of birdsong. Marcelo is always available for any questions. He recommended a spectacular pizzeria on the same street as the house and we recommended an artisanal hamburger "Luar do Leão ".
