At the top, there is a large suite with a beautiful balcony in the middle of the mango tree canopy. Below is a living room with another balcony, kitchen, laundry area and another bathroom for your comfort. Perfect location of the house, central and very quiet! Fenced property with private entrance for car, boat, etc. We have a mooring spot in the sea in front of the house for your boat

An ideal spot for those who want to relax, love the contact with the nature and want the privilege of being close to a paradisiacal beach. This is our place! We are in a gated community with exclusive access to Bombaça beach. Our terrain is surrounded by the green of the trees, colorful by the flowers of the garden and enchanted by the sound of birds. We have hammocks all over, a vegetable garden full of spices and herbs, agroforestry and compost.

On the street there are some restaurants, small shops, ice cream shop and a mini market. In addition to the natural pools, postcard of Taipu de Fora, a spectacle aside is to watch the moonrise and sunrise on the beach, right in front of the place of the stay.

The property has 4/4 (3 of which are suites), good taste furniture and an equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is surrounded by a large green area, a balcony with hammocks and a kiosk with a barbecue area, shower and sink, as well as a beautiful and comfortable swimming pool with whirlpool, and a garage for three cars. All this is 10 minutes from the 3 Cocoqueiros beach.
