On the rooftop, we have another 72m2 of pure leisure with a deck that has a spa, countertop and barbecue, table, sun loungers and a washbasin. The condominium has a WTP (water treatment plant), swimming pool, concierge and parking. It accommodates 5 people with an extra mattress.

They are two extremely charming houses on the same plot of land. An ideal spot for those who want to relax, love the contact with the nature and want the privilege of being close to a paradisiacal beach. This is our place! We are in a gated community with exclusive access to Bombaça beach. Our terrain is surrounded by the green of the trees, colorful by the flowers of the garden and enchanted by the sound of birds. We have hammocks all over, a vegetable garden full of spices and herbs, agroforestry and compost.
