Good stay at Cécile's place! Accommodation true to photos and description of the property. 10 minutes north of Bordeaux, perfect for enjoying the city without the constraints of it. Note, however, that the vehicle is parked on the street.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six people and there was plenty of room. The house is very clean and had great lighting-loved the windows. In a very peaceful area and felt very secure. My husband liked the walking trail. Views were awesome and close enough to Bordeaux to pop in to see the sights.

Perfect accommodation for us who were looking for a quiet place to stay after working days. Clean, functional and very good bedding. Everything was perfect. Saint-Médard's restaurants are 10-15 minutes' walk away so it's also convenient. Thank you for hosting us!

The accommodation is located in the outbuilding of the house. I had all the privacy expected of a separate unit. A very nice family and very well-behaved and respectful children, it should be noted I think. No noise or other problems during my week. The accommodation is either new or super well maintained. Impeccably clean!! There were small touches on site, brochures, cleaning products, shower gel shampoo (useful in case of forgetting) and especially the basic condiments for cooking which is very nice. Very functional, clean and pleasant accommodation to use. A little hat tip for the espresso coffee machine and also super nice equipment to use. Sunny terrace in the morning and in the shade in the evening. All shops located nearby and very nice village. Ideally located between Bordeaux and the beaches of Nord-Aquitaine, accessible by the roads both those leading to Bordeaux and those crossing to the left bank of the Garonne, the beaches and/or the Arcachon Bay. Recommended for any type of stay.

I came for a week of conference at the INRAE, and it was very easy to get to the train station or the INRAE with public transportation. The accommodation is located in a quiet area and is as described. Despite the heat wave, the accommodation remained relatively "cool", especially thanks to the presence of shutters. Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. Our host was very responsive and we were welcomed by his parents who were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!

The place is great. Bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a super host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes by car. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.
