Williams place was excellent and was what we expected per the AirBnB post. This location is fantastic and would be hard to pass up. You will not find a better location for ease of access to the Venice Grand Canal mall.

My GF and I have stayed at Jay,Jan and Joeys condos now many times and keep coming back as they are gr8 Hosts. They are also very responsive if we rarely have any problems or questions. Highly recommend them. See you again soon im sure.

Nice condo to have your stay in Manila. The building reception area was also nice, pool with warm water and sm grocery and restos just around the bldg. Would love to stay again next time.

My stay was fantastic! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was at the center of all the places I needed to go, making my trip incredibly convenient. The host was accommodating and ensured a smooth experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommended!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place was beautiful—clean, cozy, and even better than the photos. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay super comfortable and convenient. Heidi, the caretaker, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. JehRad was also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and always available to assist. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

So far this is the best unit we've booked so far services and amenities wise. Host was very responsive and helpful, car parking was booked ahead and within the premises, the unit was clean and functional. I appreciate the placements of the appliances as it's so convenient for usage and it's complete down to seasonings for cooking. We enjoyed watching on the projector while sitting on the beanbags as it felt so comfy and homey. They even have a manual printed out for every question/s we may have including local recos which is sooo thoughtful. Speaking of thoughtful, we were even greeted by a sweet written letter from the host and a treat for our furbaby which I appreciate so much and he loved. Only cons for me are the busy elevator and the small cramped balcony but nevertheless, I highly recommend this unit and will definitely book again! Thank you Dani for being an outstanding host.

Me and my friends had a great stay at Laurice’s place. The host communicated well with us and gave us clear instructions. We had no problems with the check in instructions. The place is the same as the listing pictures and walking distance to Mall of Asia. Thank you 🥰✨

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

This was my family’s first Airbnb experience. The place stood out to us a lot. We were really amazed by the cleanliness, layout, and amenities Mr. Florencio offered us. The view from the balcony was also nice view. The condo was also close to SM light mall which is a great convenience to quickly grab a few things without walking far. Meeting Mr. Florencio in person was also a delight—he was very friendly. He was also very understanding, informative, and helpful while communicating with us. We were saddened our trip to Manila was shortened the Airbnb was like a second home to us and made our experience worthwhile. This airbnb was a perfect little place to stay.

Great place with a great view. Walking distance to Shangrila Plaza and Megamall, with all the possibilities for shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Metromanila

What we loved: - Shaun was a great host! He's very responsive, friendly, courteous, and gives clear instructions. - Stable and fast internet + projector on a huge screen were perfect for the Hope On The Stage live streaming that we did. - The place is spacious! - Well-equiped kitchen - The couch is big and comfy; the beds and linens are great too! - Good water pressure in the bathroom. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap are included. Take note: - There's no AC in the living room but there were 2 air coolers so it was comfy. It wasn't hot at all. - The home theatre's sound only comes from the projector but it's good enough - as in it won't disturb the neighbors.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ma’am Irene was very kind and accommodating like super easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

Gemalyn is a great host. She is always responsive, kind and allowed me to check in 2 hours before. Lobby was beautiful and luxurious, staff were courteous! Check-in instructions were clear, contactless. Host provided complimentary coffee, tea, cup noodles. The room was clean and complete with all the things needed for my stay. I especially liked the recliner chair! There is also a Robinsons easymart on the ground floor where you can buy food, drinks and anything need for your stay. Mall is nearby, 10min walk. Really had a great and enjoyable stay. Thank you Gem for making is feel at home.

The place was so tidy. It’s a nice place to stay and relax. The balcony view is the highlight. I would definitely book again!
