We really like Dawn's cottage. It is lovely, situated in a quiet and beautiful area. It is the third time we come to visit family, and probably won't be the last.

Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biggleswade. Cute apartment, has everything you need. Very short walk to many pubs and restaurants. Hayley is very friendly and responsive.

Nice quiet place, just what I needed. The place was clean, bed comfy, good little kitchenette to get me by. Sarah was responsive and friendly with communication.

We have stayed in 70 Air Bnbs and The Little Hop House is in our top 5. It deserves 6 stars. From the moment you drive up to it, it enchants you. Inside, it consists of two floors with the bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Sarah has done an amazing job in converting this property into a very stylish space, yet retaining olde world charm. The decor is lovely, right out of an interior decorating magazine! Many bespoke, quirky pieces. The lounge is very inviting with underfloor heating and sumptuous sofas. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The bedroom has beautiful linen and soft furnishings and a well appointed ensuite. We had a wonderful 2 night's stay and would highly recommend The Little Hop House.
