Nice home and neighbourhood. Very friendly host. Great place for short stay.

House as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. You are not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience.

An oasis of peace and serenity away from chaos and noise. As soon as we arrived at Emilio's house, we felt like we had been catapulted into another era.
