Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

The property met our expectations... we wanted a spacious and cozy place to gather our family and the accommodation delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No reservations!

In my case, more for work than leisure, the accommodations and its location served me perfectly. My family and I only missed having air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. I recommend it for sure, the location is excellent, it is a few meters from the 3 streets park, for those who like to go hiking it is excellent and super quiet.. we love the neighborhood of bankers.

Great accommodation in a prime area of João Pessoa, close to bakeries, restaurants and well connected to Manaíra, Tambaú and Cabo Branco. Spacious, comfortable, fitted kitchen, good bed and shower. Tranquil neighborhood. João was very attentive and always helped. It was worth it!

Marta's apartment is very nice and very well located. I spent 3 weeks there and solved almost everything by walking. Check-in was very simple and Marta was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the stay.
