We spent a great weekend in Stemnitsa and the house we stayed in was just magical! Spotless, cozy, with traditional decor that perfectly matched the atmosphere of the village. The view from the balcony took our breath away – perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. But what made our stay more special was the host, Sofia. Always willing to help, kind and welcoming, he answered any question promptly and gave us great suggestions for food, walks and sights in the area. She did everything to make us feel at home. We highly recommend her – and we'll definitely go back!

The apartment is located in a very authentic hamlet just below the church in Tripi with very friendly neighbors. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable, with some beautiful antique furnishings and a carpet I would love to have in my own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Virginia had left lots of fruit, sweet treats, and enough bread, cheese and ham to make toasties for the 3 days of my stay. I loved sitting on the little balcony listening to the church bells. I had been missing a bath and the tub was large and comfortable. Everything (WiFi, plumbing, kitchen appliances, washing machine) worked flawlessly. I was a little nervous when I first arrived because the road from the highway is a little steep and narrow, but the parking by the house is easy. On my second trip out & in, the road was no problem at all and I am not a brave driver. I loved my stay and would definitely come again.

Delvita is a charming traditional house in a picture-perfect mountainside village. It has everything you need including brilliant views from the top floor balcony. Location is beautiful and peaceful and within walking distance up the hill to cafes, shops and tavernas….all without the bus-loads of tourists! Loved being able to wander through the streets and admire the amazing architecture. Julie and Toby are fantastic hosts and were very helpful when giving local recommendations for Easter festivities. A perfect mountain holiday!!

Amazing space, with all the paws, with a warm atmosphere, literally and figuratively, near the square, where we could move on foot. George very clear and fast in his communication with us. I highly recommend it. Very happy with my stay there. Thank you so much!
