You get the feeling and “alone in the whole world” despite 7 minutes to Fagernes city. Mindfullness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is power and wood firing. There is one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from parking space to the cabin. The cabin is southwest facing at 1000 MOH with a lovely view of Knippa, Skogshorn and Vasetvannet. Proximity to many great hiking destinations right from the cabin.

There are many hiking opportunities at Golsfjellet both winter and summer, ski slopes and nice bike paths. It takes about 25 minutes to Hemsedal with Norway's largest alpine resort, restaurants and High and Low climbing park. The nearest grocery store is Joker Robru about 10 minutes from the cabin.

Syndin's cabin in Valdres

Welcome to my paradise! Here on the snow mountain, I offer sun walls, mountain peaks and ridge. Choose whether you want to cycle or walk along the road, on trails or in the heather or on the bare ground, or wherever you want on the snow in winter. Or just sit and enjoy the panoramic view. The cabin was completed in 2018 and has internet, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large adhesive stove. Completely subjective; the nicest cabin at Syndin ;) Welcome!

Peaceful cabin with stunning views of the mountains. Modernly decorated with good amenities. Great hiking in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. Cross country trails about 750 m from the cabin door. Or how about a snowshoe ride? Pets are very welcome. We have a nice little Border Collie mixed breed dog that occasionally walks around the yard. He might come to greet you when you arrive 🐶
