House vacation rentals in Syderstone

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

Great communication, caravan was incredibly clean & spotless. All the amenities listed. Easy to find and check in. Highly recommend.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

We needed something at short notice and Sally's place was thankfully available. Perfect for a short break to attend a family occasion. Perfect for exploring North Norfolk. Property had everything we needed.

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Great house - clean, comfortable and very well equipped. (It’s very rare to find good knives AND a knife sharpener, not to mention beach towels.). The promised quiet and calm was delivered; we had fresh flowers in the house which was surrounded by lovely planting. The village is so tiny and verdant that we felt very isolated whereas in fact it was easy to find with a drive of a bare 10 minutes to Holt. Congratulations to Peta for such a thoughtful provision. Next time we stay we would like thank you personally.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s cottage. It was a home from home . It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need . The bed was extremely comfortable too! There is a useful guide for the cottage and recommendations of places to visit and places to eat . We loved our stay in Sedgeford

Stayed here to celebrate my Husbands pending 60th. Six adults and dogs. Well this house has the wow factor all over it, thoughtfully built beautiful extension and very mod cons and plenty of space for a large gathering. It did take us some time to get used to the key fob for the front door but I suspect that was more us! We had lovely beach walks and then enjoyed the garden and bbq area. We all had a great time! Thank you so much!

Fabulous place, spotlessly clean with one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve come across. Beds were extremely comfortable too. Hosts were superb. The Ship inn was nearby and there’s a village store. Good location for visiting Wells, Holkham Hall and Sandringham. Brancaster beach is close by, would definitely stay again.

A wonderful little gem of a place, Karen the host has thought about everything. The beds were divine, the kitchen extremely well equipped, and the bathroom was to a very high standard too. Karen came to introduce herself to us and to let us know she is available. during our stay. Lastly, I need to apologise on behalf of my family for arriving a little early than the check in time given on the app. We would not hesitate to book again!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! A lovely modern, well equipped and spacious house, very clean with everything you need. The garden and outdoor seating area is great too if you have the weather. Perfect position, walkable to a nice pebble beach and good places to eat and drink. Or plenty to see and do just a short drive away. Would happily stay again!!

We absolutely loved this stunning farm conversion. We were able to park right outside the front door. Upon entering we were delighted to find an immaculately presented property, tastefully decorated, homely and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t fault it. We would not hesitate to stay here again. What a lovely place to stay at if your looking for a secluded and quiet location! Everything is close distance, beaches, shops and even walks! There was everything that we needed at the Air B&B, lots of games and things to do (brochures) and even a lovely box of welcoming cakes and wine!! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come again!! We got a surprise on Saturday morning with a gentleman coming to cut the grass, other than that our stay was AMAZING!! Hot tub was the highlight:)

Lovely quirky house in a perfect position for Norfolk coast. Walk to the abbey perfect for dog walks. House has everything we needed. Summer house perfect for sundowners, curling up reading books and playing cards with our kids.

Perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this functional yet luxurious house is a short walk to the brilliant Wells restaurants and beach. The house is well stocked and perfect for two couples, and most importantly equipped with an EV charger setup that works perfectly. Gaenor was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

We had a fabulous holiday, Olive house deserves 6* rather than 5* rating. Beautifully presented property with a lovely garden and walking distance to the beach. Nicola provides everything to ensure you have a great stay and suggested some good restaurants. We had a wonderful lunch at Socius in Burnham market which is a nice little town to explore. Highly recommended.

With our family comprising late 20's to 80's, the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. Safe, peaceful location. Large open plan space inside and great garden furniture for all to be together. Additional snug and office great for quiet time too! welcome hamper was much appreciated. Comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. Easy check-in and check-out procedure with clear and concise instructions. would definitely recommend Maddy's house.
