La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco dista solamente 7 minuti in macchina dalla stazione del bus e dai negozi alimentari. In 15 minuti si arriva a Bellinzona. Dal rustico si possono fare tante belle escursioni, raggiungere il Ponte Tibetano e delle falesie per arrampicata!
