We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. Thanks Faith & Jeff!

Beautiful home!! Soooo quiet and cozy. Really loved all the attention to design and details. Loved the street, area, side porch, back yard and the entire property! We all want to move to Beaufort! Thanks for an outstanding visit!

Annie’s carriage house was calm and serene. My favorite spot was a giant sofa chair, in front of floor to ceiling windows, where the birds and sun were eye-level. Loved the carriage house has little alcoves, for bed and table and such, making the space feel bigger and more subdivided than you’d get in a typical studio … also there were helpful little touches - a great bin of snacks, some ice cold water bottles in the fridge, bathrobes, cotton swabs and makeup wipes … there were just a lot of nice little touches that made it feel homey, and not just like an empty Airbnb rental. Amazing blanket to cuddle under. And the instructions to check in, check out, and use appliances were super clear.

This was a great little place to stay while we were in town. The shower was fantastic and everything was superclean and homey. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only small things are that the toilet is extremely close to the cabinet so not super comfy and the main living room area was not your typical couch and chair situation. It was more of a daybed. That would have been a super spot for children to sleep if we had brought any though. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Great stay! It was perfect and everything my friend and I were looking for. We were able to get to our activities downtown with ease, it was about a 20 min drive and the neighborhood was very quiet.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There were animals and trails in the property and the carriage house was like staying in a hotel suite - only private and much more cozy. It was lovely! Everything as described. James met us when we got to the property to make sure we had what we needed and was very kind. We felt right at home! We certainly plan to stay again if we are in the area!

Our stay was exceptional. This location provided ample parking and all the comforts of home. It was very peaceful and serene. We appreciated sitting on the porch and unwinding with a glass of wine as the fish jumped in the pond. It was wonderful being able to fish out of the pond and relax. The home is charming, comfortable and exactly as depicted. The host was exemplary, ensuring we had everything we needed and maintaining open communication. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in the area.
