The boat is under construction in the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERSEAS ESTIMATED. In addition, there is AppleTV as well as some video games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue available. Party warning in the area. As it is a family boat, we take turns taking care of the rental a bit. Please be mindful to book the correct number of guests coming. The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with docks around. Single location in rural setting. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Lovely boathouse right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, fishing, dinners, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open spring/summer).
