Stanley Cottage is a little gem, near to the beach, easy access to supermarkets and in a friendly neighbourhood. The hot tub was a highlight, along with the outside room with its ensuite and TV.. a hit with my teenager. Thoughtful supplies on arrival. Thank you Ben.

Just returned home from 3 nights at The Fallows Rest! Beautiful accommodation with Hot Tub. Everything absolutely spottless, warm, welcoming and so peaceful. Just what we'd hoped for and more. Would love to return again soon. Would 100% recommend to others!

Had a fantastic stay at Kris’ place, what a little gem! Great area, loved walking in Jesmond Dene and a short distance to the city centre. The hot tub was a lovely luxury, but the property is amazing in itself, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were staying with a young baby and it was really appreciated that the travel cot was there set up ready for us, we’d highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future if we’re in the area.

Lynn’s place was immaculate! The Siding was full of thoughtful extras which made the stay really special. It was so comfy and we felt very relaxed during our stay. We had an amazing stay at the Orchard hideaway - it is in beautiful, rural and peaceful surroundings, and is exactly like the photos. It is private, warm and very clean, the hot tub is great and well maintained, and the host has thought of everything to make it a comfortable relaxing stay. We would love to come back and 100% recommend!

We had an amazing stay here over the Valentine’s weekend. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. Everything was perfect, we had everything we needed i genuinely could not fault them at all! We loved walking around the grounds, and the location was great for exploring Alnwick. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back for another visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful couples getaway. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Great option, suggest booking ahead to all sit down restaurants, but plenty of local places with wonderful food. Fry-Fry in Wooler our favorite. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

Absolutely lovely lodge in a great location to explore Northumberland. Grandparents staying and a grandchild to amuse for a few days. The pub and site is very friendly. The lodge is very cosy. Has everything you need for a homely stay. Perfectly sited next to the lake. Was visited daily by the swans and geese which the granddaughter loved. The hot tub was amazing to end a busy day visiting tourist spots. Diane the host was easily contactable should we need her, which we didn’t as everything was as stated. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dianne. Look forward to staying again.

Stayed here for a halfway stop off on the way home from Edinburgh. The pod is super cute, had all the amenities and the hot tub was a great touch! local pubs and shop 5 mins walk away, taproom right next door. looks like it is on top of a nice walk which we would like to come back and do so saved for future!

Simple, clear & accurate. 3) The house is clean, well situated nr the town centre & harbour & very comfortable. 4) Instructions in the house are easy for everything (including the hot tub). 5) The house & town are SO friendly & dog friendly. We had a lovely time & were able to take our dog with us to Warkworth Castle, pubs & restaurants. This is a lovely place to stay with great hosts.

We had a great stay at Jay's place. The house had everything we needed in terms of amenities, and was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Jaya was very responsive and attended to all our needs. Anyway, only regret was that we only stayed one night ! Hope to come again to Jaya's place for our next visit in Newcastle !

Our first ever Airbnb and we were blown away! Claire is a great host, providing lots of fantastic local info before we arrived and clear instructions for the use of the house, even allowing us to book dates that weren’t originally available. The house is incredible, it’s light, spacious and so so clean! Attention to detail and design makes the whole place feel homely. After a long day of adventure with the kids this house was a joy to return too. The beach is stunning and so close, the landing bar/grill serves the best breakfast and the kids were in heaven with the vast rock pools and huge dunes all on the door step. I have already indicated we’ll be returning for another adventure next year!

Wonderful stay in a great, secluded location. Outstanding host who responded to our every needed. Spotless interior and great outdoor space which was loved by our young family. We especially appreciated the complimentary essentials and treats in the kitchen, and small but significant touches around the home such as fresh flowers.

The snug is perfect, so beautifully decorated and feels very cosy and homely. Sara provided everything you could possibly need for a weekend away which was incredible, the little goodie basket was such a treat. Communication with Sara was extremely easy and even when contacted on a Sunday, Sara replied to messages quickly. Sara is so an excellent host and we can’t wait to return to the amazing snug again! Thank you Sara for a brilliant stay.

It was the perfect countryside getaway that surpassed all of our expectations. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and generous and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the natural surroundings and instantly felt relaxed when we arrived. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. All of Angus and Leigh’s little touches made the difference and made us feel at home. We have never felt more relaxed. Highly recommend and will undoubtedly stay again.

lovely place to stay! will definitely be booking again in the future loved even the small things like having games for to play with, welcome package, having wifi and also speaker to use. The only thing we said was that we wish it had abit more privacy around the hot tub but that’s just personal opinion thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay
