Monthly Rentals in Swainswick

Stayed here for 2 nights, this is a lovely well kept house, it was very clean and the bed and pillows were amazing. It looks better than the pictures, we really loved this house. Would highly recommend, do not swipe past it.

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

Had a super time at Little Green, which is a lovely wee oasis of calm. The shepherd's hut is cosy (especially with the fire going!) and you can tell everything was put together with a lot of care. Most important, I slept like a log as the bed is v comfy! The outdoor kitchen has everything you need and I enjoyed cooking with a view. Cathy was really friendly and helpful, with lots of useful tips for places to go around Bath. Can't recommend enough!

Lovely stay for three nights in Rhiannon's place. Decor is beautiful and we loved the kitchen/living area with everything we needed in it. Great bus links into town just around the corner, and a handy Chinese takeaway at the end of the lane for our first night. Rhiannon was really responsive and accommodating, but we very much felt that we had our privacy too.
