I felt very comfortable with Carolin from the beginning and would love to come back. Carolin is very nice and straightforward, communication and check-in worked out great. The apartment is quiet, tastefully furnished and large with a new bathroom with a washing machine and a separate bedroom and a super large fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machines, dishes, pots and pans and a beautiful balcony with a great chestnut view. Wi-Fi and TV work well. There is a discount for long-term stays. In the neighboring village there is a very good bakery, where there are also peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and dairy products. Other shopping facilities can be reached by car in a quarter of an hour. For swimming, the Degersee is recommended (a quarter of an hour by car), while both!! Tettnang outdoor pools only open in cloudless skies and very hot weather, too bad if you like to swim, Tettnang and Obereisenbach have to improve

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

We had a great time here and really enjoyed our stay. The park view and the park were beautiful. Easy walk to the restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this accommodation during our summer vacation with my wife and our one-year-old child. One of the biggest advantages is the location – right on the central pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants around, and also within walking distance from both the train station and a bus stop. This was very important for us since we were traveling without a car. The host met us upon arrival, handed over the keys, and showed us everything. We had requested a baby crib and a high chair in advance, and both were kindly provided. The apartment fully matches the description, except for one thing – there is no grill, although it is mentioned in the listing. A couple of suggestions to make the stay even more comfortable: it would be great to have a fan or, even better, an air conditioner. During the day it could get quite hot inside, even with all the windows covered. It only became pleasantly cool around 5 a.m.

Everything you need - the best: sharp knives! The grill is not suitable for demanding sports grillers, but allows easy grilling pleasure. Nice, clear and uncomplicated communication with the host. Smooth check-in and checkout via a key box. I'd love to come back 👍

The house is very nice and was super clean upon arrival. Perfectly equipped for a short getaway with our dog - even the terrace had a gate. The garden is beautifully landscaped and there are plenty of seating options outside. The surroundings are very quiet and green, walks are possible directly from the front door. In the event of a small technical problem, we immediately received help from the landlord. Many premium hiking trails on the Swabian. Alb is easily accessible within 30 minutes' drive.

The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it could get pretty cozy. Saunas and the hot tub have rounded off the whole thing superbly 😊

Great place to stay. The host Rita was very nice and helpful! Short walk into downtown area. Quiet and relaxing stay. She even let me borrow her bike for a cycle around town!

Once again excellent experience with Simon! I highly recommend him and his place. He's such an amazing host: always prepared the room in the best way possible to welcome you and make you feel at home. His place is just next to the bus stop so super convenient if you have luggage. Clean apartment with all amenities and everything needed. I can't recommend him enough, he deserves six stars!

The accommodation is very suitable for a large group. Beautifully located directly on the lake and well equipped. Plenty of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was very good.

This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Rita is a wonderful host, very accommodating and approachable, gives great tips and you feel very comfortable right away. Not a 0815 Airbnb but a very homey atmosphere. In addition, the apartment is very centrally located and yet in a quiet neighborhood.
