This place was elegant, homely and located in a beautiful spot close the mountains. The house was so warm and cozy and we just felt like we were home from home. I have very high standards and this house absolutely met my expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a 5* stay ☺️

The chalet was super nice with stunning views - a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and spend a cozy weekend. In addition, Wolfgang was very friendly and extremely flexible with check-in and check-out. Glad to come back!

Carmen and Claudia's place was the perfect spot for our Christmas holidays this year. We had a quiet and peaceful time, in a cozy and warm atmosphere. The place is perfect for disconnecting, resting and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is quiet and there are places to walk around. We loved how comfortable the house was and very clean! The host - very responsive and helpful. Will gladly come back.

Our stay at the Tiny Chalet was fantastically beautiful. We felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome from our hosts and the loving design of the tiny house. It was perfectly equipped to cook yourself, spend cozy evenings by the fireplace or enjoy the tranquility and nature on the sunny terrace. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

We had a very nice stay at Volker and Christine's chalet. Everything is tasteful and lovingly coordinated and at the same time newly and modernly furnished. Particularly beautiful are the chic kitchen and the sauna. The e-bikes are a great extra. The nearby street is also not very disturbing due to the good insulation in the house. Klais itself is a great place to start with beautiful walking paths and hiking trails towards Elmau. Garmisch and the Zugspitze can also be reached quickly. Gastronomically, we headed towards Krün and Mittenwald (take cash!) Despite the rather bad weather, we had a very nice week in Bavaria and can recommend the accommodation.

The place was great! The rooms are well divided. The kitchen well equipped and the terrace large enough to enjoy breakfast with everyone in the sun. The blankets are a little low for big people. And the stairs a little steep for small kids. Nevertheless, super cozy and even with great swing in the attic! Mega for kids with almost 2 years old. Thanks for the quick communication and the info. Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

The luxurious equipment with sauna and hot tub was then the absolute bonus. The spacious living and dining area invited you to celebrate and relax together.
