Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know to start with. We are not an anonymous landlord, we are a nice family with small children and you will surely meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, it's quiet, fresh air, diverse nature, and lots of tourist destinations around.

All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Great place to stay to get away from hectic city life. The hosts thought of everything and responded flexibly to our requests (late check-in/out and breakfast). The place is perfectly located to explore the beautiful nature of Bohemian Switzerland. The delicious breakfast prepared us perfectly for hiking in nature. Absolutely recommended! We had a very nice weekend in the Rustic House and would definitely come back :)

Our stay at Philipp's super modern house was great. There is no unnecessary frills, the kitchen equipment is outstanding for an Airbnb and it was all extremely clean, especially the bathrooms. The location is perfect for walking and hiking, even with strollers you will find enough paths that are suitable. The house is not clairaudient at all, so you can also go on vacation there with a baby. If you don't sleep well on an ergonomic pillow, you should bring your own, but this is really complaining at a high level. Philipp was very easy to reach if we had any inquiries and we will be happy to come back as soon as the garden invites you to linger even more.

Natural sandstone formations rise among tall trees in a lush environment. The rugged, uneven surfaces of the rocks are surrounded by greenery, with a clear path visible leading between the formations. Sunlight filters through the branches, casting soft shadows on the ground.

We spent an extended weekend in the house and it exceeded our expectations. The house is quietly located and you immediately have a holiday feeling. It is very nicely furnished and in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The complex is very clean and nicely decorated. The sauna with garden shower was particularly good. We didn't lack anything. Many thanks to the hosts for the great communication and provision of the great house! We will be happy to return.

The truth is that we felt very comfortable. Everything was as it appeared in the advertisement, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. Thanks Dita for the pleasant stay!
