The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

Accommodation in a quiet place in the foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains. The bedroom has a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress placed on the floor). Parking right next to the house (you will pass through the open gate). The last 200 m of the access road may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but with caution passable, depending on the current weather. If there is a lot of snow, it may be impassable, in this case we recommend parking about 250 m from the house. If you have questions, call us, we will be happy to answer :)

Spacious and bright apartment for year-round vacation

Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment close to ski buses to Janske Spa and Pec pod Snezkou (you can ski). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. Parking is in the public parking lot in front of the house. Close by is a convenience store, a playground, and a restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only for skiing in winter, but also for biking, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within easy reach. The perfect place for a family vacation in the Giant Mountains!

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage.
