Hammeren seter is located 900 meters above sea level on the west side of Gudbransdalslågen, and about 30 minutes drive from Kvitfjell alpine resort. The nearest mountain peak is Bånseterkampen (1220 meters above sea level)About 30 min walk from the farm. Outside the cabin wall there are great groomed ski slopes. The trail network is connected to Skeikampen, Kvitfjell and Gålå

The cabin is located on Viken Fjellgård, one hour from Lillehammer, right by idyllic Espedalsvatnet, 720 meters above sea level, and Langsua National Park. Here, you can find peace and quiet, swim, paddle, visit mines, or go on walks. It is a short distance to the highlands, where there are many hiking opportunities, or you can walk from the farm along the water, on trails through forests and fields. There is a cozy outdoor area with a fire pit on the dock by the boathouse, and there is a swimming beach on the other side. Our guests can use our two boats and canoe freely, and we lend out two fishing rods.

The Varden is a brand new cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. It is located by the famous Peer Gynt road, between Kvitfjell, Skei and Gålå. Gudbrandsdal camp school, which serves as a mountain lodge during all holiday periods, is close by. Then the cafe is also open. Canoe, bike and ski rental possible. At Fagerhøy there are fantastic opportunities for an active outdoor life. Marked hiking trails and bike routes. In winter there are 600 km of ski slopes in all directions. Here you are really in the mountains, 1018 meters above sea level.

Cottage by mountains and water near Sjusjøen/Lillehammer

Cozy decor and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.
