Clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful view and close to the beach to go on foot, with the advantage of having beach service available. The building has an excellent play area for both adults and children. Friendly, polite and responsive host, and give clear instructions in advance. We want to return!

The accommodation was accurately described, the location is excellent and communication with Gustavo was great! Super recommended! I had a quick stay, but it was really worth it! Comfortable bed and great atmosphere. An excellent cost x benefit.

Great space. You have everything you need and Juceli is a great host. Just warn if you have a problem with the ambient noise, it can be a little noisy since the Department faces the street and the planes pass by. Everything else is spotless.

The apartment of Thibaud is great, well equipped and the building is well managed. We enjoy the balcony a lot, even more at the time of the Carnival where we watch the main blocks of the center of SP. Our stay was 2 months and was great for the long term, just missing an office chair to work from home more comfortable but the dining chairs accounted for. With regard to the location, it is very centralized and has everything close by, being able to do everything by walking. A Dona Cleuza who received us was a love of person during the checkin and the entire stay. I highly recommend and will be back.

Very beautiful apartment and new and modern furniture, just one point , the bathroom hood takes a Little to stop working, at night makes a little noise, I don't know if it was my fault not knowing how to turn it off, so the night doesn't work! The apartment is excellent, well located, spacious and with many amenities (large cooler, sandwich maker, pots, etc.). Flávio is a very attentive host, he passed on all the detailed information a week before check-in and asked about the stay. The condominium employees were very helpful and assisted in the check-in and check-out process. Great condominium with beach service and ice maker available. I recommend it, great value for money.

The 41st floor is a charming environment. Once we arrive, we don't want to leave. The place was very clean and had instructions for everything we were going to use, a wonderful view. The room is very cozy and I intend to return more often❤️✨

The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the rooftop terrace. Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Cleo’s space was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations in every way. Unfortunately, due to some work-related changes, I had to cancel a few months before my planned stay. I recommend the place and Cleo 1000%
