We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

Excellent place to stay, super quiet, everything very well cleaned and great location, close to everything. We were very well taken care of, the host always responded to us quickly. We'll be back for sure.

The house was very clean and organized, the photos corresponded exactly with all the rooms mentioned. André and Edi are great, helpful and responded very quickly. Shops, market, gas station, pharmacy, bakery were close. We'll be back for sure.👏👏👏

Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with several utensils, during the stay they exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for home office. Maps and Waze apps do not direct the address to the correct location and Gate D was closed because of construction, I had to return and access through another gate.

I really enjoyed hosting! The house is comfortable, all the rooms are air-conditioned and the Donizete was very attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. In addition, in the house there is the barbecue, wood-burning stove, you can even make pizza haha, wonderful house I really liked it.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

I spent the holiday with my family, extremely clean, airy apartment, my kids love the condominium, soccer field, great location and beach service. Carlos is very attentive. I recommend it!!

We hired Juliana's service, what an enlightened and competent person! Pro Ativa, excellent cook. It certainly made a difference in our stay.

I want to leave my experience that was AMAZING!! Leidiana is a lovely person, super solicit, considerate. The house is perfect, with everything inside. The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Myself and my family love the space and we already want to return. Super recommended. Easy location and access, spacious house, super nice pool, court for us to play as a family. All very clean, and we also love the homemakers who welcomed us very well! Super daily valley for help with food. We want to go back now!

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The house is as shown in the photos and quite comfortable, with all the services and structures working to our satisfaction. Clear instructions from Rodrigo, who was a great host. I highly recommend this house especially for large groups. There were 14 of us, we used the 5 rooms and were very comfortable.

Mariana was very attentive and helpful. We were 4 adults and only had 2 beach chairs, on the same day he bought and had them delivered. Just as in other situations. The house has a very nice and spacious outdoor area. Good cost-benefit and we will rent other times for sure.

The stay at Benquerer House could not have wished for better. Since the arrival, super easy due to the excellent communication with Henrique and Ciça (always available, good tips, super friendly), it has already been possible to see that we were in a privileged location. The integration with nature, especially with the river, makes this house a true refuge. If you seek peace and contact with nature but without giving up the comfort of a cozy house (fireplaces until you want no more!), well-equipped (the kitchen stands out) and charming, you have found the right place. We will undoubtedly return at another opportunity!
