Wow, without words, this is the third time I've been to the house in Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Quiet, comfortable and very nice place, as well as hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman at our accommodation. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by small staircase, with balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it is even possible to have a good barbecue. The decor and lighting are harmonious, with the owner's artwork. The project and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We'll be back for sure.

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

Márcia, is a host, kind, attentive and friendly. Townhouse surprised us with mimos, a delicacy of her! Replied quickly, gave us tips. The house is in a gated condominium, great location. All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

I loved the place too much. I hope to go back but times. My family and friends fell in love with the house, with Atibaia. It looks like paradise. So good to rest, and celebrate commemorative dates, like me who celebrated my 30th birthday. Adriana is wonderful, super attentive, communicative at all times with us, to see if we are well, she brought us water. Anyway, a 10/10 experience. I want to go back this year.

Great stay we had in the apt. In addition to being close to the beach there is the beach service, which gives a lot of tranquility and comfort. The building is also quite complete. Heated pool, playroom and children's playground. Host Vanessa is very kind and caring

I spent a few days at Daniel's apartment with my family and we really liked it. It is close to the beach and close to shopping, has beach service, an ice machine and direct access to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Alexandre is a professional in the art of welcoming people. The space is beautiful and organized. The instructions are clear. The bed linens are hotel quality. The suites are very comfortable. The location of the apto is excellent.

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, just like the photos. The location is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

The house is amazing. Integrated with nature, well-equipped, well decorated, children's playground. It was very clean and organized. Jane and Marcelo made the experience even more enjoyable by being very helpful with everything. We got a little lost on arrival because the GPS sent us to the wrong place, but I got in touch with Miriam and everything resolved quickly. I hope I can come back one day.

Lu & João's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very compact, but for a trip of a few days, it served us very well, as it is very comfortable. Everything is new and modern, and it is very nicely decorated. The hosts also provided us with a crib (which was already set up on our arrival, thank you very much!!) and a bathtub for our baby, which were super useful. I think the only addendum I would make is that the shower door is a little narrow, which can make it a little difficult for larger people. Otherwise, the street is very quiet, although it is very well located, next to the mall and with exits to Pamplona and 9 de Julho, excellent for those who went out for a walk with the stroller. But I wanted to praise everyone's service. Not only the hosts, who responded kindly and quickly, but the doormen and the cleaning lady, who met us and helped with our bags. Everyone was very polite, we really felt at home. I would definitely come back!

The flat is great, clean, small complete kitchen, we went with 2 adults and 2 children and it was all smooth Bruno was always attentive, helpful and flexible one of the best I've ever stayed at on the Boulevard. I recommend it.

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!
