We are inside the Morada da Praia Condominium on Boraceia beach in Bertioga, São Paulo. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifeguards, security, showers and bathrooms. The condominium is gated, security is our great privilege, with camera monitoring and security guards. We have infrastructure with a market, drugstore, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops, church, and 24-hour UPA (private), where there is no need to leave the condominium, except to visit other beaches and go on tours.

Tem espaço para acomodar suas coisas (arara de roupas, prateleiras e baú) e é perfeito também pra quem vem em casal. Possui mesinhas laterais à cama, uma bancada de trabalho e um ventilador. É bem arejado, possui duas janelas: uma para o terraço interno da casa e uma para a rua. O acesso ao espaço é feito por escadas.

Breakfast is a courtesy offered by the inn and consists of simple items such as coffee, milk, bread, butter, and cake, served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
