Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Susitna North

Very nice stay in one side of Kris and Hal's duplex. This is a great location in Anchorage - walking distance from a nice market/coffee shop, downtown Anchorage with many places to eat and drink, and a short walk to the beautiful coastal trail for walking, biking, skiing. The two of us were very comfortable, felt nicely welcomed by Kris and Hal, and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful apartment with a cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend this place and location in Anchorage!

One of the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great host! Very nice home - rustic feel.

We had a mom and daughters girls weekend. Everything was clean, Michelle was very responsive. Plenty of space, lots of comfort items. Would come back again!

We had an amazing weekend at Rache's poolside manor! There was plenty of space for our two families with one set of grandparents as well. Comfy couch with a TV that had all the streaming options. A well stocked big kitchen and a massive fridge that allowed us to make multiple meals at home for everyone. The pool house was as fun as we expected with plenty of toys and towels to keep teenagers and tweens happy. Was a great relaxing and fun place for our son's state hockey tournament. Will definitely try it out again.

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

The guest house was near downtown making everywhere walkable! My kids loved the ping pong table and piano to play. Excellent choice with kids!

Enjoyed this home with grandparents and hockey kids. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and upstairs loft area for young people to play games and have their own space. Big open kitchen & dining was great for family meals. Good location with a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you Heather!

Perfect for our weekend needed in town. The fact that it was dog friendly meant we could bring our well behaved dogs and enjoy our weekend in town. Super great! House was perfect and comfortable for all!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Very clean place. We loved the large and comfortable couch in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the place was very home-like.

This was a perfect place to spend close to a week, very comfortable. Appreciated the spaciousness and the full kitchen. Centralized location made it easy to get to where we needed to go, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

An absolute favorite of mine! This place is perfect for when I’m staying in Anchorage for work and need to be a walkable distance to downtown. Teresa goes above and beyond for her guests! Her place has everything you could need, and some really amazing additional touches and amenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to be a regular! Teresa is so accommodating and friendly. The heated garage, yoga mats and exercise equipment, fully stocked kitchen and coffee supplies….*chef’s kiss*

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

The place was well maintained and JoAnna had left some nice snacks out for us when we arrived:). There was a nice well maintained driveway to park. It was a very pleasant experience and I would rent it again.

This is an ideal location for playing tourist. It’s close to restaurants and entertainment but also easily accessible to the freeway if you want to head to the mountains. We were very comfy and Grace had everything we needed for a great stay.

What a gem of a property! This home is comfortable, spacious, clean and located in a great spot. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. Host really takes care of her guests with the added comfort of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Highly recommend this location for your anchorage stay.

The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming, and the view —absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy everything anchorage has to offer. Home truly made our stay special, and we’re grateful for the experience.
