Vacation rentals with a patio in Surzur

Very good stays spent in the accommodation, it is convenient ( equipment present ) and in a quiet location.

We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. You can get everywhere on foot: shopping, bars and restaurants, beautiful walks on the seafront. We'll be happy to go back!

Claire is a very responsive host for any questions prior to the stay. The hosting and the stay went very well. Very flexible in terms of schedule. Very good information about the area. I highly recommend Claire and her rental. You will have a lovely time in a very nice setting.

Listing as described. new and tastefully decorated. BZ bedding (complicated for me because of back problem), but very clean and sufficient for a few days. private parking. Quiet environment. Close to the sea.

Anaïse was perfect and adorable 👌 Her studio is located in the grounds of a house so noise and tranquility were great. 🙏 Easy to park on the street and 5 minutes from downtown by car so great 👍 The accommodation was very good and with all the necessary equipment Only small downside was the wifi because there wasn't any There is an internet connection in the studio but it is wired with an Ethernet socket There is a cable provided but it is about 1.5 m long. So not practical for watching your series in the evening in bed which is 5 m from the socket 🙄 A small wifi repeater would be a plus or a 5m Ethernet cable will do the trick 😉 Either way, I recommend it. 😎

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Excellent stay despite the weather not always clement, perfect location quiet within walking distance to the port and the GR34 Olivier has good advice, flexibility of check-in and checkout, the apartment is well equipped and tastefully decorated We would recommend it without reservation.

A pleasant stay at Ségolène's in the calm and fresh air of the countryside. A cozy little nest that I recommend for anyone who wants moments of total disconnection in harmony with nature!

Very nice place not overlooked and very quiet while being not far from the city center, less than 10 minutes walk. Ability to park a small car in the property which is not insignificant in town. Well appointed room with ample storage, good bedding and curtains for sleeping in the dark. We spent five very pleasant days in this so bright house. Thank you Ev’

Viviane is very kind and very discreet. "La petite maison" is aptly named or feels like a cocoon, it is tastefully decorated and the layout is very well optimized in relation to the surface area. Change of scenery guaranteed.

Beautiful family home in a great location, had everything we needed and Alexandre is extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. We would like to thank you very much for an unforgettable stay and look forward to coming back next year.

The property was perfect for our needs. The location was good, it was central to the places we needed to go. The beds were comfortable and the quiet made for good sleep. We enjoyed the pizza place next door! Merci.

Pleasant and quiet stay in the tastefully renovated fishermen's house, good bedding allowing for a good rest. The accommodation is close to hiking trails and parking is possible near the house. Chris regularly checked in to see if everything was okay.

Perfect appartment and very tidy!

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Very pleasant stay in this apartment which is comfortable, with everything you need and as described (the bathroom may indeed seem small for some people, but it is indicated in the listing). The accommodation is well located and the residence is in a quiet and wooded setting. Personally, I didn't have any problems picking up 4G (red sfr), but it may depend on the operators.

Comfortable beds, wish the second bedroom had a toilet. Well equipped kitchen, could have used some paper towels and additional dish washer tabs. Great view of the harbor. Cold upon arrival, but the apartment warmed up quickly.

Perfect studio! Clean , quiet close to the beach it's a real piece of paradise . We had a great stay. The studio is very clean and functional. The bed and bath linen are nice. Looking forward to coming back! Marina was accommodating for our arrival and departure .
