Very nice apartment on the third and top floor of an old building close to the port and the historic center. Ideally located with private parking nearby. Warning for people with reduced mobility, narrow spiral staircase. Small, nice, quiet terrace. Neat apartment, we had a pleasant stay.

Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. we were hosted very well by our host. our stay on the island allowed us to live like the islanders. we return refreshed and relaxed by our trip. We would highly recommend.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We were 3 couples and a baby. All the comforts were waiting for us. The terrace is exceptional! Don't forget the beautiful sunset. We went to get oysters next door. Halfway between Sarzeau center (very cute and everything to enjoy with a market every day) and Vannes. Thanks to Salomé for his kindness.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Perfect stay! Rarely have we had such an impeccable rental: ultra comfortable bedding, we slept very well, perfect cocooning house for rest, small reading evenings and quiet exchanges accompanied by soft music. Really the perfect place to recharge. Absolute calm. Small cafe on the terrace with the company of birdsong and the cute little master of the place, the cat of Florence😻. High-quality home equipment. As for our hosts, it was a real pleasure to meet them. We were welcomed with kindness and smile. We'll come back for sure and this time for longer. We strongly recommend 👍😊

Functional accommodation, very good for 2 people, single storey, with superb view and terrace... The sea at the end of the garden, with the birds singing... Quiet and relaxing... (May)

Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.
