Monthly Rentals in Surbiton

We had a lovely stay at the Annex. It was a very comfortable stay, quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Peter was a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. There were a couple of things missing that would have been useful for a longer stay.

We just returned from a most wonderful stay in Sammy's beautiful home! Everything is exactly as described, and more! Sammy's quaint home was a perfect peaceful retreat from which we were able to do everything we had planned - from exploring the neighboring royal burroughs to long days spent in Central London. Transport using the local bus and rail system was easy and close-by, and the near proximity to the river Thames made for lovely morning and evening walks. We were especially grateful for the well-equipped kitchen with plentiful modern appliances which made preparing meals at home wonderful! Both Surbiton and Kingston-upon-Thames are beautiful towns - both within walking distance of the flat. We feel so fortunate to have found this little gem, and to have met the most wonderful host! Sammy made everything easy with her warm and caring welcome. A genuine delight for our little family of 3!

lovely place. very clean. quiet. Just perfect for my needs.

Sam's place is beyond description! It's very minimalist and aesthetic. I particularly love how much natural light comes through the giant windows in the living room. That 75" smart TV is definitely a bonus too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the town center and everything's pretty much within walking distance. Highly recommended and will come back again next time I'm around!
