Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sur

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

The village is very nice and has a lot of life. The house was very clean and has everything you need, the location is good, close to the center of the village. They provided us with a high chair and a baby bath, which we greatly appreciate. Upstairs there are many toys and our baby enjoyed it very much. As an anecdote, we had the great blackout and the barbecue was our salvation.

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

We arrived the day Madrid lost power. It took some time to reach Maria because of national power outage. When we did we were met almost immediately. What a warm welcome and a perfect apartment!! Thank you for everything, even ordering taxi. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet oasis to n the heart of Madrid. Thank you to Jesus for everything too!!

Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. It is very central, which allows you to enjoy Madrid on foot and well connected by public transport with a metro stop just 3 minutes away. Everything is very clean and tidy. Carlos was a good host, making sure our stay was pleasant, and he also allowed us to leave our luggage in a nearby cafeteria until our train left. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa de la Navata. The house was impeccably clean, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom spotless, and the bed linen of very good quality. The only small issue we encountered was with the second bedroom, which turned out to be much smaller than expected and, importantly, doesn't have a window — something that isn't entirely clear in the listing. While it didn’t affect the overall positive experience, I believe future guests would appreciate having this detail mentioned more explicitly in the description. The location is peaceful and charming, and communication with the host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and kind. All in all, we really enjoyed our time there and are grateful to the host for the care and attention given to the space.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants!
