Tolles Haus inkl. Pool und Terrasse mit Grillstation - es fehlt einfach an nichts! Es war eine schöne Zeit, die Kinder haben sich auch sofort wohl gefühlt. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und tolle Gastfreundschaft überraschten uns besonders.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Damir sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt lief die Kommunikation sehr gut und vor Ort hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben. Untergebracht waren wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund) in zwei Wohnungen - eine größere und eine kleinere, in denen alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden war. Zudem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Damir wohnt mit seiner Familie direkt darüber, war also jederzeit für uns erreichbar und dennoch hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat ein großzügiges und gepflegtes Grundstück mit Pool direkt vor der Tür, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einen super Grillplatz mit überdachter und beleuchteter Sitzmöglichkeit, den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben. Vielen Dank, Damir, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei dir und deiner Familie verbringen durften!

alloggio consigliato per gruppo di amic o famiglia numerosa servizi perfetti . elettrodomestici iper funzionali . abbondanza di spazi frigo e utensili cucina ( d estate sempre comodi) località vicine facilmente raggiungibil( a parte le code ovvie dell agosto croato ). spiaggia a 1.5 km (difficilmente raggiungible a piedi. ) caraibica Dina è stata gentilissma e ci ha dato anche un sacco di suggerimenti.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Sehr modern, geräumig und vor allem auch sauber. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön und der nächstgelegene, sehr schöne und ruhige Strand nur rund 200 Meter entfernt. Toll fanden wir, dass uns SUPs zur Verfügung standen. Zu beachten ist, dass es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt. Die benachbarte Hälfte war während unseres Aufenthalts ebenfalls vermietet und unsere Nachbarn waren leider ziemlich laut (z.B. laute Musik am Pool). Beata war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Toll wäre es, wenn der Check-in und Check-out direkt im Haus und nicht in Beatas Reisebüro stattfinden könnten.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Sehr gute Lage mit cooler Aussicht; engagierter, netter Gastgeber; schöner, gepflegter Außenbereich; extrem saubere Wohnung; gutes Bett

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Gartenanlage (Olivenbaumgarten) und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und es war einfach schön. Abends kann man entspannt auf der Terasse grillen oder einen Spieleabend mit der Familie machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig und man hat leicht zu 8 in dem Haus Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Fred hat durchgehend spitze funktioniert und auch Igor (Hausverwalter/Gartenpfleger) war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kurz gesagt: es war sehr schön und erholsam.

Ubytovanie u Vesnu bolo skvelé. Sprvu sme mali sme trocha obavy z toho, že nebudeme bývať priamo pri mory, ale nakoniec sa to pre nás ukázalo ako výhoda. Všade kam sme chceli cestovať sme mali z Dobrinju úplne blízko, (cca na 30. min. autom) a večer keď sme sa vrátili na ubytovanie sme mali pokoj a kľud. Bolo to super. Ubytovanie čisté, upravené, pohodlné, nič nám nechýbalo, všetko bolo v poriadku. Júlia

Alles war einfach perfekt und genau wie beschrieben!! Kleiner gemütlicher Strand mit genügend Liegen direkt wenn man die Stiegen von den Wohnungen nach unten geht. Die Eltern von Iva sind total freundlich und einfach sehr sehr nett! Wir waren dort während dem Sonus Festival und konnten auch auf der Terrasse unsere Musik spielen, nicht zu laut natürlich, aber es störte niemanden. Alle alltäglichen Kleinigkeiten (Waschmittel, Gewürze, etc.), die man so braucht sind schon vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist! Kurz um ein wirklich super Aufenthalt!!

Ce séjour chez jenny et Miro fut parfait. Leur logement était parfait. Leur gentillesse ainsi que celle de leurs parents nous a touché.à nouveau un grand merci et nous recommandons bien sûr leur jolie maison. Si nous devons revenir en Croatie nous savons où il faut séjourner. À nouveau merci

Very nice villa that is located a little bit outside of Novalja. Still the city and Zrce Beach are accessible by walking. The house was very well equipped.

The house and garden are really well maintained and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is as well equipped as you could wish for. The hosts are fantastic too ~ such nice people with tips and advice regarding beaches, restaurants etc. but never intrusive. We had a really lovely stay ~ I particularly loved relaxing in their wonderful garden in the evenings. Highly, highly recommended house and simply wonderful hosts

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir konnten den Pool leider nicht nutzen - dafür aber den Whirlpool :) Haben eine tolle Zeit als Familie hier verbracht. Wir wurden auch kulinarisch von Laura verwöhnt - vielen Dank dafür!

You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Foi tudo maravilhoso! O lugar é realmente incrível, perfeito pra quem busca silêncio e tranquilidade. Ideal pra quem curte viver imerso na natureza. O apartamento é pequeno mas é muito bem equipado. Muito aconchegante e limpo. A área da churrasqueira e o jardim são perfeitos, várias árvores com fruta e muita sombra. A cidade de Senj é linda e os restaurantes são maravilhosos, recomendo Kod Veska e Gostianica Jablan Pra quem for viajar com o seu pet, controle as praias que permitam animais. Tem algumas restrições de praia pet friendly na zona. No mais foi uma experiência incrível, ter a oportunidade de viver assim no meio da natureza foi realmente uma experiência e tanto. O cão dos vizinhos “Medo” é a coisa mais fofa que vocês vão conhecer. Mirosvlav foi muito veloz e disponível e Cristina sempre que precisávamos estava ali pra nos ajudar. Não vemos hora de voltar e explorar ainda mais. Até breve

In de hete zomer was dit het ideale vakantiehuis voor ons. Een heerlijk groot zwembad en het huis zelf is heerlijk koel en schoon. Het huis heeft veel grote kamers, waardoor we met 10 personen voldoende ruimte hadden. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand en het dorpje met winkels en restaurantjes. Bistro Leut is een aanrader! We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad op Pag en in het vakantiehuis!

Wir waren Anfang September hier mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern zwischen 1,5 und 5 Jahren und einem Baby. Das Haus, der Außenbereich und die komplette Ausstattung sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Internet/Wifi ist mit einer großen Abdeckung auch außen sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch größere Gruppen zu verköstigen. Wir haben fast täglich den Grill und den überdachten Essbereich draußen genutzt. Es ist das ideale Haus, wenn man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag nicht wegfahren oder nur eine kleinere Wanderung vor der Haustür machen möchte. Die Straße hoch zum Haus ist durchweg geteert und stellt auch mit einem Wohnmobil kein Problem dar. Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht über das Meer und es ist dort oben sehr ruhig. Der Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und haben sogar einen Welcomedrink bekommen :-) Wir können das Haus vor allem für große Familien oder für Freundesgruppen sehr empfehlen.

Een prachtig huisje op een hele mooie rustige plek. Voorzien van een zwembad, jacuzzi, bbq, ligstoelen, zitstoelen, kachel in huis, 3badkamers waarvan 1 met bad etc. Kortom je komt niets te kort. Het huisje is erg modern en super netjes. Het is ongeveer 25min. Rijden naar de stad. We hebben een hele fijne 5dagen gehad met 4 personen

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr angenehm.Tolle Terassen, Badeleiter und Außendusche. Zwei Schlafzimmer und der große Wohnraum haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Wir wurden mit einem leckeren Strudel von Lukas Mutter begrüßt und mit köstlichen Crêpes "verabschiedet". Es gibt einen guten Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tuvimos una bonita estancia en la casa de Josip. Está equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar, incluso juegos para los más (y no tan) pequeños. Disfrutamos del jacuzzi y del gran jardín de la casa. Agradecidos con la botella de vino y galletas que nos regaló el anfitrión. Recomendamos esta casa para aquellos que busquen tranquilidad y senderismo. (Está muy cerca del Parque Nacional de los Lagos de Plitvice), nosotros fuimos y lo recomendamos (eso sí, ir pronto por la mañana, se llena de gente).

What an amazing stay we had! The apartment is so far one of the loveliest we saw. Located in the small village very close to several small beaches. As we prefere our privacy, the location was perfect. For the family of four the top choice. All shiny clean, kitchen very well equipped, there are even dried local herbs for the cooking available! You can watch sunset from the window from one room, how lovely! Landlords are very friendly people. Lady Sonja take care of the place and the garden with all her heart and you can feel it. The atmosphere of the place is peacefull and unique. There is a terrace and also backyard with the fireplace which is private for guests. We would like to come back one day for sure as we had one of the most wonderful time in Croatia. We recomend this place to all people of good heart, free spirit and open mind.
