Our goal was to create an atmosphere where guests feel at home, providing them with everything they would need as if they were in their own home. Oltremare is a place for you to relax, reset and enjoy some summer vibes. Enjoy our premium unit that can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom and direct access to the terrace with a beautiful sea view. Living area is an open space with panoramic windows and direct access to the covered terrace provided with outdoor sitting area. From your apartment you can access to the pool and the sundeck with your own designated area and complimentary sun loungers.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Apartment 2 has two bedrooms (4+1), kitchen, microwave, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony and all accessories (bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils). Parking is also provided within the apartment. Near the apartment there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, children's playground, restaurant, bus station, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. The most famous "Paradise Beach" is about 900 meters from our apartment.

For generations, this magnificent place has been family-owned and we love this wonderful piece of land right on the sea. With all our passion, we take care of our Villa Delfin and our summer guests. It is a great gift for us to experience again and again how much our guests feel comfortable, enjoy and relax here with us.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
