The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. Studio apartment is a comfortable space for two people. It has a small kitchenette, fridge and table. It is located on the first floor. The apartment has a balcony surrounded by greenery and a view of the garden. It is hidden from the view of passers-by except from us when we are in the garden. The studio has a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Distance from the sea is 250 m and the nearest town is 5 km but you have 2 restaurants and a mini market near the apartment. It is an ideal place for a peacefull vacation and relax.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
