The property was well laid out and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The description and pictures in the listing were exact. Beach access was close by and we enjoyed multiple walks on the beach over the course of our stay. Overall enjoyed our stay in the area. Communication was effective, friendly, and the check in process was seamless.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect girls getaway! It was cozy and had plenty of space! If we could have stayed longer we would have. We were able to walk to a little park that was having a spring festival and the area itself was so quiet and peaceful. Amazing porch view too! Absolutely loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property and great location. This was an excellent rental for our last minute Spring Break staycation with our kids. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We look forward to reserving the property in the future.

Lovely home! Super sweet and responsive hosts. This was a perfect getaway for our spring break. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for several adults and children. Each room has its own full bath which made things easier for all - and the hot water heater handled the load of us incredibly well! The car port and side yard handled our three large SUVs with room to spare. The balconies were lovely to utilize in the mornings and afternoons, and we spent several nights around the huge fire pit. The wall separating the two units is very thin, which was the only drawback when the neighbors were up late. Otherwise, awesome stay and would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Right on the water, nice indoor pool, nice east walk onto the beach and great parking. The place was very clean and very quiet. Nice restaurant next door and only a couple blocks away from tons of stores. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the condo! The location was great and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids were a bit sad the pool was closed since the cover was off and it appeared to be open but the closed sign was up but we knew there was a good chance it wouldn’t be open for the season. The building’s outdoor shower was also off but the one on the beach access worked great.

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

Perfect beach cottage on Oak Island! It was incredibly well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The house is also adorably decorated, the linens and mattresses are very nice quality, the appliances are well kept and work as expected. The view from the front porch is heavenly and the outdoor furniture is ample and comfortable. We were also surprised to find swings beneath the house that the kids used all the time! Perfect area to hang out when getting ready for the beach or while taking a break. Outdoor shower on walkway and under the house have hot water! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this rental. We will book again and again!

We just loved the Coral Cottage and Oak Island! The cottage was so comfy and cozy, and the location was perfect for us. The fenced in back yard was spacious for our dogs; we spent quite a bit of time relaxing there. Oak Island was the best little beach town we have ever been to, with amazing beaches and great eateries. We hope to return next Spring.

Lijun cottage was warm and welcoming. Home looked exactly like the photos and very clean. The instructions provided from the check in to the checkout information was very clear and helpful, no room left for confusion. How also was very prompt with responding to messages during my stay. Will definitely be booking this place again in the near future.

The house was as described! It’s very close to the pier and beach. A quick 4 minute walk to the beach. Walkable to a few restaurants and coffee shop. The front yard is fenced but there is no grass if you’re expecting that for pets. The beach access near the house has public bathrooms, which is very convenient. The beds very extremely comfortable and the house has everything that we needed.

Suzan was very responsive to my many questions! And she answered very quickly too! The One Cottage is so cute and cozy. Just s very short walk to the beach! We brought our bikes with us and were able to ride all around town. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed at Mike’s beach house for the last five years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The house is charming and the view is fabulous. There are a number of good restaurants near by as well. Mike is a great host!

Excellent experience! The cottage was tucked away, yet still 10 minutes from the beach. Check in was easy and the house is wonderfully furnished. TV with the ability to log into our streaming services was a very nice touch. The three bedrooms had nice amenities and there is plenty of room for everyone. As we travelled with our dog (Dachshund) we brought everything we needed (bowls / bed / etc.). It wasn't needed. Danielle has everyone you need for your pup - bowls, beds, a well fenced in yard for them to play, and bags so clean-up outside is easy. We definitely recommend the cottage! We had a wonderful long weekend. The house is tucked away without a ton of traffic, a short walk to the beach, and a convenient location for walking to coffee. The house was immaculate and had all the supplies and cookware for the trip. The dogs especially loved the screened in porch. A beautiful spot and we hope to be back soon

If you are looking for a very clean, well kept, fully stocked and cozy home, then this is the place that you need to book. Jenn is a wonderful host and her communication is very timely. There was a storm the week of our stay that ended up putting us one day behind due to flooding. Jenn was very accommodating and quickly refunded one night for us. She could not get to the house to clean due to flooding but asked a friend to assist. We were able to get to the house the very next day and start our vacation. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, bikes, an outdoor grill, toiletries and any kitchen item that you may need. Jenn was thoughtful enough to have bottled water in the fridge incase you had a long trip. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the patio. Under the house she has swings where you can enjoy the beach weather and beautiful views of the marsh. Our family has already planned on coming back again next year. We had a great week staying in Carolina Beach! The cottage was within walking distance to everything, which was fantastic! It was very clean and cozy! The yard was perfect for our pup (who travels with us)! Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was everything you could want and more for a small family vacation! So many thoughtful touches and accommodations for little ones (stepstool, pack and play, games, storybooks, swings, beach toys) definitely a game changer when traveling with a toddler!! The home is gorgeous, fun, very well stocked, and just a one-block walk from the beach. Additionally, Kate was amazing and so considerate of our time and needs. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place- just book it and see for yourself! Thanks Kate!!!

my sister and i were out for family business, and the tin roof cottage was perfect for the two of us: spotless, private and super comfortable for our stay. if we're ever back to the holden beach/supply area we will absolutely be staying here again.

This stay was perfect for my two kids and me. It's quiet, private, airy, and beachy and is as described. The best part, however, was the fabulous hosts, who are welcoming, intelligent, and fun. We took them up on an extra--namely an excursion to an uninhabited island--and it was my favorite part of the trip. Later, Brian attempted patiently to teach us to crab while likely questioning the firing of our neurons due to my deft whacking of the crabs back into the water. While our bucket remained empty due to my propensity for crab driving, we left with wonderful memories. To their likely dismay, we'll be back! 😂

Wonderful home. It was perfect in so many ways That I didn’t want to leave. Fantastic amenities and so beautiful. Fantastic location. I will return.
