Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sunrise Beach

We loved our family fishing trip! The it was a great house to have for the kids to play and not worry about stairs inside. We had a really great time on the lake.

This was our second year to stay at Hartley's place and let me tell you, this place is perfect for us! It's close to where we want to stay but it is so convenient with the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and screened in porch upstairs as you walk in the front door. Downstairs are 2 private bedrooms and a full bed in the living area and a full bath. And, the only steps you have to climb from the dock to your house are in the AC!! It's great for seniors, families and it fits our needs exactly. We have already booked a week for next year, same time, that's how much we love it! I had a great time staying at this house, which has recently been renovated. It's in a fantastic location. The host was really good at communicating and always responded quickly. Bryan, the property manager, was easy to reach and checks in every so often . The house was super clean, and this was my second time renting from this host. I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future. The check-in and check-out process was also really easy.

We had a great stay at this place overall. There was a problem with a wasp’s nest but the host promptly came over and was proactive about clearing it out. They were very friendly and responsive. The dock was fun and the amenities were great. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a girls getaway and it was wonderful! Check in was smooth and easy. Garrett and Tiffani were quick to respond and extremely kind when we had thought the fridge may not be working. It was a false alarm though and we were chilling our drinks and snacks and quickly on our way to enjoying their amazing dock. They had plenty of noodles and other floaties to help you enjoy your time swimming, and the tram to aid in getting coolers down the stairs is a great touch (seriously the tram is a lifesaver!). They are also located perfectly, 5-10 minutes away from bars, restaurants, and shopping. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I HIGHLEY recommend staying at their property next time you visit Lake of the Ozarks. We are already talking about a trip back!

Christine’s home was absolutely perfect for a multi-generational family gathering. The house is on one level, so family members with mobility issues were comfortable. It’s really right on the water with extraordinary views. It is very attractive and very thoroughly cleaned. We had rain during our visit, and it was so nice to be able to play foosball, ping pong, and Pac Man in the game room. And we watched movies together in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked and very workable. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We will definitely be back this summer.

Terri’s home was beautiful and clean and just as described. We spent a week and had everything we needed. Multiple refrigerators for drinks and snacks, ample room for our food, plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware. There was plenty room for all six of us to live comfortably for the week with extra rooms for storing suitcases and coolers. The house was super clean when we arrived and the furnishings are nice and didn’t feel like used hand-me-downs. Bathrooms were clean and had extra ammenities and hooks everywhere! The cove is quiet. Spent our days peacefully floating in the water. There were many floaties to choose from, and the paddle boat, paddle board, and kayaks were fun to use in the cove. Also appreciated the provided lounge chairs. Definitely bring sunscreen as the dock is in full sun for most of the day! We also loved the outdoor bar area and back porch. There were so many places to sit and relax! Terri was an exceptional host! Definitely recommend Terri’s house!

Outstanding place for an outstanding price. Everything you can think of is provided in the house and labeled so it’s easy to find. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing place at the end of a beautiful cove. Easy parking, house was perfect for our group, and almost lake level lot which you don’t find often in the Ozarks. House was very functional- we pretty much made all our meals here, including grilling out several nights. Great space to socialize while making meals and for playing games afterwards. The dock is AMAZING! Nice and large with plenty of seating and shade- and lots of water that feels like your own because you’re at the end of the cove. Nick was responsive and very proactive. We’ll be back!!

This was a great cabin. It was clean and quiet in March. We enjoyed the pellet grill and the patio. Be aware they let the water out of the lake in March and the boat ramp and dock are unusable. Brown Bend access (30 min) is the closes boat launch we found. Overall, a great stay!

My parents and sister and brother in law stayed here with their kids, right next door to us. It's the perfect house with the perfect view. It helps that it's right next door to my family! ;) Joe & Laura are very accommodating and very communicative. They reply right away, are super helpful, and their house is the cutest! It was perfect! I am sure we will rent it out again in the future!

Katie and Ben’s place was a very scenic and perfect spot for a little getaway, the Ozarks have plenty of trails and parks to keep us up and active. This spot was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely beautiful spot to unwind and take in the peace and quiet of the lake. The cabin was beautifully decorated, pristine, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely lakefront views. Hosts were amazing, attentive and accommodating ! Highly recommend this spot for your next getaway!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. We wanted to have a quiet place to relax and unplug. This was the perfect place to do that. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We used the hot tub and the grill, both were easy to use and worked great. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The area is beautiful which makes the drive very pretty. Climax Springs isn’t too far away where there is a gas station and Dollar General if you need to reload on snacks. The host greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything. They are very nice and respond to messages quickly. We plan on staying there again!

David was so easy to talk to and get a hold of with any questions I had. Little Black Dress is a beautiful lil cabin and our stay was wonderful! 100% will stay again!

Amazing cabin. Exactly as described... Rustic. Location on lake is perfect (relaxed & remote).. with a 10-15 min drive to night life if desired. Sondra was very responsive/friendly. Family really enjoyed the included games, grill, pier, kayaks, etc. Great experience/weekend getaway.

Amazing spot. Nice and secluded. Not much traffic on the water at all. We were able to kayak and swim all over. If you want to be near the Lake but want to avoid a lot of people and giant boats this place Is perfect. The house was perfectly organized, cute and cozy, and had just about everything we needed. We didn’t need to leave at all and grilled just about every night. Julie was extremely responsive and helpful. We will stay here again for sure. Love love loved it!!!

We loved our stay. It was an absolute steal for the quality of the cabin. We planned to bring our 21 foot bass boat, so we rented a boat slip which comes with access to the boat ramp. We ended up not bringing our boat, but I will say that the ramp was a bit sketchy and we wouldn't have used it. However, the website does describe that the water level are low in the spring, and that affects the ramp, so it was something they warned us of. We took a trailer full of ATVs, and I would recommend that anyone with a trailer should go ahead and park it in the trailer parking before driving down the hill to the cabins. There's just not much space to maneuver or turn around. But the resort was perfect! The laundry room was clean and well stocked, the cabin was perfect, AC was cold, the docks were all nice. We also rented a boat from Montego Bay and it was super convenient, both on the road and across the water!
