The place was absolutely magical! For this price, a grand prize. The living room was very cozy, the view from every window was touching. Mountains everywhere. We felt very comfortable. However, there is little shopping nearby. But that wasn't a problem, because we had gone shopping beforehand and a small Joker can also be reached. Maria was very friendly and described everything well and straightforwardly. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Fjærdland.

The house is located in an exceptional setting. We were very generously hosted by Lars who we thank very much for his responsiveness and hospitality. We were able to enjoy the pool table, boat and hot tub. Everything was perfect! The nearby shops are also a real plus. We hope to be back, as we had a time out. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at The Opera Farm was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful! We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we had the best time seeing the lovely views, hiking near by and going out in the paddle boat on the lake. The house was cozy and quaint and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We decided to eat two of our meals at the hotel on the mountain above our house that is owned by the farm and it was the most amazing dinner and breakfast I have ever had! The chefs were fantastic and the food was unique and so flavorful in every way! Everything was perfectly cooked! The view from the hotel restaurant is breathtaking. I highly recommend anyone who stays in this house to at least eat one meal at the hotel. Everyone we encountered from the beginning to end was so kind and helpful to us. We would definitely love to go back and stay here again sometime in the future!

Our favourite place in Norway! The drive all the way into the valley for this beautiful place was definitely worth it! The valley is magical and the house is the perfect home in such a picturesque surrounding. Well equipped kitchen and a good size house was definitely a plus. Definitely recommended !

Great apartment in a good central location for a road trip. There are mobility concerns as there is a step up from the bedrooms to get into the living space and the bathroom is on the far side of the apartment. Two people in our group tripped and hurt themselves in the middle of the night. They aren't kidding about the kid noise - running feet all up and down the apartment until quiet hours at 11. Also they force you to make your own beds - rather unpleasant after a long day of travel.

Wow Wow Wow, What a view !! Fresh snow on arrival followed by bright blues sky’s . Siv was a terrific host shuttling us to & fro from the airport & even stopped at the local shop so we could buy some groceries ( which weren’t half as expensive as I was expecting ) . Once inside the cosy bird box we found our breakfast basket with home made deliciously which we had pre ordered & can highly recommend. The bed was heavenly & that view ❤️ OMG !!Making it extremely hard to leave … I think 2-3 days in the bird box is just right to fully unwind . Thank you Siv & Norway, We had a super birthday weekend . Best wishes Duncan & Deb’s

We really enjoyed our short stay in Espen’s place. It is a large, very nicely decorated flat with wonderful views. The weather was not good enough for us to enjoy the lovely terrace or the bbq. The place comes with a parking which is quite handy. It is close to a shopping mall with supermarkets and vinmonopolet. There is a wood burner in the flat which we didn’t use. The flat has a large kitchen with all amenities. All in all it is a very nice flat. Only unusual thing was the heating arrangement. Espen told us that he controlled it via his phone and he asked us to let him know to turn up/down heating. We were happy with the provided temperature so it was OK for us. If you are around Forde area don’t think twice to book Espen’s place.

We had an amazing stay in Førde at Jarle's place! He is a super host that truly cares about his guests. Communication was easy and he was always available to any questions. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Very nice and welcoming host. Communication went well when I reserved the house on behalf of my colleagues. They enjoyed there and had everything they needed, but it's a shame they had to leave the house earlier than planned. Recommended from us!

I had a very nice stay at Lone's place even though it was just for one night. It's really cozy and has everything you need. The hosts are very helpful, always responded quickly and suggested so many things I could do in the region. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay between going on hikes in the beautiful surrounding, this is it.

Borrowed Helga's apartment for a weekend in connection with Volleyball NM. The apartment was as described. Helga was flexible and helpful in regard to check in and check out. Apartment was in nice walking distance to the city center, but still in quiet surroundings. Thank you for borrowing the apartment

This place was a beautifully decorated location with a stunning view of Førde! Volume is something you need to be aware of since the rest of the home is separated only by a thick curtain but it wasn't difficult to do. The hosts were also quiet themselves and we rarely heard any noise from upstairs. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom was modern and clean. Great option if you need to stay in Førde!

This place was amazing. A great place to stop off on a long drive. They had everything we needed plus things like ground coffee for the machine, herbs, spices, sauces! They even left some chocolates for us.
