Hytta is 120 sqm and was finished in the spring of 2020 . The cottage has very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 -steps from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, a laundry room and a sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. For fishing for fishing in the water, you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley one comes to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13000 inhabitants

Halvardhytta - Fjærland Cabins

Cottage with astonishing view in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowboat is available during the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating in the floor. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking at the cabin during summer.

Over 3 meters in ceiling heights in the “classomma”, timber walls, stylish and overlooking Jølstravatnet that can freshen the window or from the porch. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a TV room. Jølster offers mountain hikes all year round. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. In this cozy cabin you live in beautiful natural surroundings. River and mountain views from the window and on the tarassen. Nice hikes nearby, including Vallestadfossen waterfall which is 500 meters away. mountain hikes are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This free. Nearest town is Førde which is 30 mins away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 meters away from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full job and have four small children.

We rent out a house with 4 beds in quiet surroundings 15 km from Førde city. The house has its own entrance with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. There are sheets and towels in the house. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Here is a steep staircase, but there are railings. It is an older house and it is on a farm. Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!
