The cabin is beautifully located at Jølstervannet close to highway E39( this can cause traffic noise)an area with scattered cabin buildings . Jølster offers beautiful nature and good fishing opportunities in Jølstervannet, which is known as a very good fishing water. Here is great hiking terrain with marked hiking trails. From the cabin it is a short distance to the shop,golf course and Jølster ski center. Jølster can offer cultural experiences,local crafts ,art museum. From the cabin it is walking distance to Tindefjelle and Steinegga.

The old house at Solnes Farm

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents received the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from around 1950. We live in the other part of the house. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life as we are in full employment and have four small children.

The nearest town is Førde which is 30 minutes away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 m from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

Uteområdet er stort, og her kan man nyte lange sommerdager, dra ut med robåten (inkludert), bade i krystallklart vann, prøve ut SUP-brett eller kajakk (som også er inkludert). Enkel men koselig hytte på Langestølen på Gaularfjellet. Hytta ligg midt i Fossestien. Mange muligheter for fjellturar, fisking etter ørret, bading og nyte naturen. Her kan du kose med kyr, sauer og geiter. Det er også mulig å leige båt i fleire vatn. Hytta har toalett i låven, ikkje elektrisitet, ikkje innlagt vatn. Men der er vatn frå bekken rett ved, og gassbluss til matlaging. Parkering rett ved hytta. Perfekt for par eller 2voksne og 1 barn.
