Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sun City Center

Found this little gem when scouting spots to stay the night after attending the PRide Stonewall Reception. Marilyn's place was convenient and priced well, so I could enjoy the night and not have to drive or Uber back to Tampa. Saving it for future use when staying in St Pete. The Blend Coffee, next door, is one of my local favorites, so that worked out super conveniently. Would certainly recommend staying.

The unit is somewhat dated, but it’s comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and Jennifer was very friendly and responsive.

My husband and I had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb. It looks exactly like the picture. We had no issues.

Had a great stay here. The apartment was cozy, clean, well decorated, updated appliances, and very comfortable beds! Michael was super helpful and his accommodations made the stay enjoyable.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying here at the strawberry stilt house! It was at the perfect location for us seeing friends and family. also so private and quiet, yet right there with all major roads. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch (no mosquitoes bothering us on the second floor 😂), the comfortable bed and I can't describe just how much we enjoyed the privacy!!! The landscaping was WONDERFUL around the house also. It just blended in with the surroundings. Highly recommend! If you have any questions, Joe was an amazing host and very responsive!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a two week business trip. The host was super friendly and responsive, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our host lived up to the Superhost expectation! I can’t say enough great things about how Amy manages her air bnb services. The house was immaculate, and matched what was shown on the site. We had more than everything we needed! 😃 I reached out to Amy the day the before we arrived and she was responsive and accommodating from start to finish. She even invited us to check in hours before actual check in, I really appreciated this because my mom and aunt are seniors and I was needing to get them settled. Plus we were tired from a very early morning flight. Amy appreciated my communications with her and I appreciated that because she made me feel welcome like a friend. I bet Amy has never met a stranger 😊 All in all we felt safe and comfortable in this beautiful home, even the neighbor to right was friendly and made us feel welcome in the neighborhood! 😃 I would definitely recommend and stay at location again, it was perfect! The home was nice, and we felt right at home. I loved the bedrooms, the bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the air conditioning was marvelous. The home was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Also, the lagoon was a 10/10. There are great food places nearby as well as stores with everything you may need. Elle was a great host, and she was always responsive and helpful.

Loved our stay. Beutiful cozy place. Catalina was great to communicate with and had no problem extending our checkout time. Would definitely consider the place again whenever in the area.

Great place to stay !! The house is beautiful, it’s in a great location and I love the pool area, I had so much fun with my friends on this trip and we’re planning to come back !!

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Lisas place was in a great location to visit many of the local attractions. Her commutation was superb. I will definitely be back!

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable and my daughter said she slept well on drop down sleeper couch. Henrique was quick to respond to any questions and was super flexible for check in/out. If in Tampa area would stay again. Great clean place.

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

good place. easy free parking. elevator .check. pool and hot tub very nice. only negative was how close it was to noisy road. otherwise, no complaints.
