Vacation rentals with a patio in Sun City Center

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Perfect place for an individual or couple. Very clean and well thought out. Nice neighborhood with parks and bike trails nearby. I could bike to my mom’s on just the bike trails. The host is very friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood has wild peacocks that are fun to watch.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was spotless and as described; well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies with high end appliances. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were incredible! Marilyn was a fantastic host and very responsive. If you enjoy clean, quiet and peaceful surroundings you won’t be disappointed. A true 5-star experience!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a two week business trip. The host was super friendly and responsive, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. Place was very clean , smelt good , ice cold a/c which I was a big fan of ! Clear instructions the whole way through and a very easy check in! Next time we are in the St. Pete area we will be staying here again!

Beautiful airbnb, my boyfriend & I enjoyed the Kayak’s, campfire & bbq. It was an amazing weekend getaway with everything we needed. The air bnb is stocked with everything you could need to cook there seamlessly.

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!
