This place was so peaceful and perfect for our team. Coming home from work, being able to relax on the front porch or hang out in the backyard, front yard or the just entire yard surrounding this beautiful place was awesome. The flowers just made it even better. The kitchen was my favorite part. Thank you so very much for having us.

I have stayed here multiple times for work. It is the nicest place in town. There are some very good restaurants nearby. Regina is very nice and goes out of her way for you. It is an old downtown business built into apartment style Airbnbs. The bedding is fabulous. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer and very nice bathroom. It is really a great value.

I often visit my mom in her assisted living facility in Tifton found Frederick’s place to be far superior and much better value than a hotel. The house was perfect for me. Everything went very smoothly and I appreciated the complete set of clear instructions. I’ll be back again!
