Monthly Rentals in Summerset

Patrick’s photos don’t show how bright, spacious and clean the apartment is. After a few nights in hotels, the bathroom is huge. We each had our own sink. It’s located so close to many local parks. We drove to Custer State Park and Devil’s Tower. Spearfish Canyon is 30 minutes away and we found amazing hikes there. This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s ever. It had everything you needed after a long day of exploring!!

I checked out today and honestly do not have anything negative to say about this place. It was perfect for me working at monument health and would recommend this place to anyone visiting for short term or a long term stay. I was here for a month and was able to enjoy so many things that were very close by. I walked my dog daily to the park right up the road and I know he was very happy. His favorite spot in the house was laying in front of the fire place while I watched a movie or tv. It was cool to have Netflix and other options to watch at no cost. Overall this should definitely be an option for you if you are visiting Rapid or traveling here for work.

we had a great getaway to the black hills and since the weather wasn’t the best we were super grateful to have such a beautiful cabin in the woods to hang out in and relax together. it was spacious, clean, and in a quiet, serene location. our family enjoyed our stay and we know others will too!

Cozy! My family and I felt right at home staying here! My kids loved to watch the wildlife. So peaceful in the trees, everything we needed was provided and more! We will for sure be staying here again!
