This renovated historic home sits on 10 acres, surrounded by National Forest land. Large fenced yard is perfect for your pup. The Branch on Evergreen is a family friendly duplex with awesome features like a covered porch and soaking tub and fireplace. Although, The Branch isn’t an open concept, it feels like it. The living room is the central point with access to every room. Enjoy a book by the fireplace windows or watch tv upstairs or down. Get your cooking skills to work or sit on the porch. Canyon Lake Park is just down the road. Shopping isn’t far and all the wonders of the Black Hills are at your finger tips.

In the Trees, Close to Town!

Beautiful home in Rapid City. Located just outside of the city limits (4 minutes from I-90 access) in secluded and very pleasant wooded area. We are very knowledgeable about the Hills and surrounding area and would be happy to share with you any advice about things to do/see in the area! Winter guests must read full description for road conditions. Absolutely no parties. Please also note there are 18 stairs (all indoor and carpeted) to get from the front door to the living area.

The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional $150 fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
