This house is heavenly. We loved it so much, we wanted to spend time there grilling out and playing in the backyard. The walk to the beach is so easy and it’s all so private and relaxing. I love how tranquil the home is due to how beautifully it is decorated. I would love to stay here time and time again. Val was so helpful & responsive as well!

We enjoyed the peace, quiet & privacy of this home & beach was amazing ‼️ The garage had beach items, chairs, swim boards, towels & beach toys for the children. NOTE: You will need to bring paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap,shampoo & conditioner. Also laundry detergent & dishwasher soap was low for our week stay. Publix &Winn Dixie are close by, so no worries. None of that would stop me from returning again. Our week was fabulous. The game table in the living room wasn’t discovered for a few days, but everyone had fun playing Battleship, Sorry, Clue, etc. Thanks Lauren…. Hope to get back next year.

We stayed here for a wedding at Washington Oaks Park, so the location was perfect. The space was perfect for my partner and I. We enjoyed the wildlife, turtles on the road, a deer in the front yard one night, and a cardinal nest literally right on the front patio. We had just one request for a clothes iron, and Dub and Sheila responded right away and let us borrow theirs. All in all, a great little bungalow made for a perfect stay in Palm Coast.

The condo was fantastic! We loved walking right out to the beach. St. Augustine was a short drive and we did a lot of exploring. Also, found a great local spot for dinner - Salt Water Cowboy. It is much bigger than the pictures show and was in pristine condition. We have already recommended it to friends and family. Happy New Year!

Was very pleased with all aspects of the stay. Ozzie is a great communicator and I can see that he has worked very hard to make this home a perfect getaway. Private tree-lined driveway, shaded with nicely pruned live oaks. The building itself was obviously built by top quality workmen. The framing is plumb and square, so all openings and trim had uniform margins and reveals. The tile was professionally laid out, with grout lines perfectly parallel to baseboards. Expansive and comfortable deck. The lookout at the top floor is a nice addition and affords a fine view and fresh sea breezes. Inside, there is plenty of space and everything was so clean. The furniture, the appliances, and the decor were showroom perfect. We'll be returning if lucky enough to find an opening.
